Provisioning & Catering

Our recommendations on how to eat in, whether it’s cheese and champagne from the local supermarket, or a whole event at your own villa.

Be sure to visit the produce market on the waterfront in town for freshly grown fruit, vegetables & herbs.
The market is open Monday to Saturday and all produce is organic and seasonal.
Au Bon Marche (ABM) is the only supermarket chain in Vanuatu.
ABM Numbatu has the largest range of general supermarket items, as well as a bottle shop, butcher and deli with a large array of cheeses and small goods.
ABM Tassiriki and ABM Manples carry a smaller range of supermarket items and limited bottle shop.
Traverso Deli offers a butcher as well as selected deli and bottle shop supplies.
LTP (across from Traverso) sells fresh fish and is generally well stocked if the weather is good.
Le Fournil De Vila (located in Tana Russet Plaza) is Port Vila’s favourite French bakery. Open from 7am Tuesday to Sunday, but it is best to go early.
Dynamic Supplies offers a range of imported supermarket and speciality items.
For guests arriving during the day, transfer drivers can take you to Au Bon Marche Numbatu (the largest supermarket) to shop for supplies on the way to your villa.
Our provisioning service is available to guests arriving late at night when shops would not be open.
This service includes shopping for your first day supplies so you can go directly from the airport to your villa.
Payment for the provisioning service is required in advance, along with a a service charge. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements well ahead of your arrival date.
Please note that take away alcohol cannot be purchased from 11am Saturday to 7am Monday.
If you are arriving on Saturday or Sunday, it is recommended that you purchase beer, wines or spirits duty free in the arrivals hall at Port Vila International Airport
You will find a wide selection of beer & wine at the main ABM Numbatu supermarket.
Alternatively you can also visit the Libation bottle shop, or Port Vila bottle shop.
K2 Cafe & Caterer has operated in Vanuatu for many years and offer both on-site catering, as well as BBQ packs & pre-prepared meals.

We recommend Bountiful Tours & Transfers. Current transfer costs each way, per bus are as follows:
0-5 people= 5,000VT / AUD $63
6-10 people= 10,000VT / AUD $125
Bookings of more than 8 people, will include a luggage trailer.
For bookings more than 10 people, extra buses can be added on at the same rates.
Payments are made directly by Guests to the transfer drivers
Depending on your arrival time, the transfer can include a stop at the supermarket on the way to your accommodation

Hiring a car for your stay is a great way to have the freedom to explore the island and duck to the supermarket when needed.
